Art History and opinion

A Perth based WA artist who graduated with a BA in Fine Arts and Visual Culture in November 2022. As a practicing artist and a trained Volunteer Gallery Guide for the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Estelle has had a lifelong interest in art and how it impacts our understanding of the world.

Estelle the writer

Before having children Estelle worked as a contributing writer and reviewer for Moondance Media in the UK. After moving to Malaysia she was a volunteer contributor and editor for an expat newsletter IBU and then later in New Zealand contributed and designed an information leaflet for the local Autism Association.

After moving to Australia Estelle stopped writing to concentrate on other things. However, when she began her degree, she once again connected to her skills in essay writing which gradually rekindled her love for the written word.
